While each BucketBarrow product is built to the highest standards it is important that you use and maintain your BucketBarrow product appropriately. Before making a claim please read all BucketBarrow Limited Warranty (“the Warranty”) Information.
BucketBarrow URBAN range products include a 2 year limited domestic use warranty as standard unless stated otherwise, and PRO range models include a 1 year commercial use warranty. Check individual product information for individual warranty period.
1. Making a Claim Under The Warranty
To lodge your warranty claim please read the Limited Warranty and Warranty Processing Information, then submit the information through our contact page.
1.1 The following information is required in order to commence your Limited Warranty claim.
- Full Name
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Proof of Purchase
- Product Name
- Description of damaged product part and how damage occurred
- Clear photos of damaged product part provided when requested
2. Limited Warranty Information
2.1 The Warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product from either BucketBarrow direct or from an authorized BucketBarrow distributor / retailer. The Warranty is non transferable and does not cover any product used for rental purposes.
2.2 See Individual Product Specification for Limited Warranty Period.
2.3 The product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty period listed in the product’s specification from the date of retail sale. The Warranty applies to all parts except for the tyre, tube and wheel bearings which have 6 months warranty cover from the date of retail sale. The Warranty is subject to the disclaimers and limitations stated below.
2.4 The Warranty coverage is contingent upon the correct assembly of the product, in accordance with BucketBarrow’s written assembly instructions, proper product use and maintenance under ordinary conditions.
2.5 The Warranty does not cover a defect resulting from general wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, modification or any use not in conformity with the commonly intended application of the product. This includes damage sustained from foreign objects/substances, accidents, incorrect storage, rusting, ‘acts of nature’ or any other event beyond the control of BucketBarrow UK (Mower Magic Ltd).
3. Warranty Processing
You may be required to provide clear photos of damaged product/part as part of the Warranty claim process. If a product part is assessed by BucketBarrow UK (Mower Magic Ltd.), at its sole discretion, as being defective, then a replacement part with be posted to you or your nearest BucketBarrow retailer at no charge to you for the parts or postage. You will be required to remove the defective part and reassemble your BucketBarrow product with the new replacement part as per the assembly instructions provided (also downloadable from BucketBarrow.co.uk). Any replacement part will be warranted from the original retail purchase date of the product, not from the replacement date. Any warranty liability is limited to the amount equal to the original purchase price paid for the product.
4. Important Disclaimers and Limitations
Except for the Warranty, BucketBarrow UK (Mower Magic Ltd.) makes no express or implied warranty with respect to this product and expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose.
The Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by BucketBarrow UK (Mower Magic Ltd.) . and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under a law in relation to the Products to which the Warranty relates.
This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages.
The BucketBarrow Limited Warranty is issued by Mower Magic Ltd. , trading as BucketBarrow, UK distributers of BucketBarrow.
