Delivery Information
Free & Standard Delivery
Free delivery is available on orders over £100 (a limited number of postcodes are excluded, see below for details).
All orders are delivered by DHL. For mainland UK* delivery addresses orders are sent on a next working day service as standard (for a limited number of postcodes there may be a short delay).
Once your order has been dispatched please allow a few working days for deliveries to arrive before chasing for delivery. If you notice something unusual on the tracking, please feel free to contact us, or DHL sooner for more information.
Track Deliveries
Once dispatched a tracking number will be available. DHL will send an email, and where possible a SMS, notifying you of the tracking. You will also receive a message from DHL, once the parcel has been scheduled for delivery, with an estimated delivery window.
Signed For
We want to ensure your order arrives with you safely. All our deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the order may go back to a DHL depot for collection or for you to arrange redelivery with DHL. Additional instructions can be given to DHL via the alerts they send. Please note, while you may request for your order to be left in a safe place, this is done at your own risk, and at the discretion of the courier.
Dispatch Time
Wherever possible orders placed before 14:00 on a working day will be processed the same day for next day delivery where available. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following working day. There is a chance orders placed shortly after 14:00 may be processed the same day but we cannot guarantee this.
Delaying Dispatch
If you want us to delay dispatch of your order so delivery is on a specific day, please add this information to the ‘Order notes’ during the checkout process.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands is £19.99 (inc. VAT). This will be automatically calculated and added at the checkout.
Delivery to the Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles & Isle of Man (IM, TR, BT, GY, JE) is not available from BucketBarrow directly. You may still be able to buy a BucketBarrow from one of our partners.
